Draft for owner review: the final refund and replacement terms must be confirmed by Giftify by Shalaib before launch.

Changes can be made before the printing process begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible because each item is made specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design preview, contact us with photos as soon as possible and we will review a replacement.
